The hotel location was quite nice, as it was close to a thermal spa and a city park, perfect for enjoying a relaxing vacation. The staff was helpful and friendly, always ready to help with anything we needed. Moreover, the breakfast was great, with fresh and diverse foods that we really enjoyed.
The hotel facilities were not as great as we expected. The carpet was in bad shape, and some of the furniture was quite outdated. Besides, the restaurant was nothing special, the food was okay but not outstanding. The worst part was perhaps the pillows, which were old, lumpy, and uncomfortable. the experience was just average, and we hoped for a more comfortable stay.

I enjoyed staying in this hotel. The location was great, close to the city park and in an interesting area. Parking was abundant and free. The staff were friendly and helpful during my stay. Also, the breakfast was delicious and there were many options to choose from.

Celebrated New Year's Eve at this hotel. The food was delicious, especially the dessert. The location was great, in the middle of a park with a beautiful view of the city. The staff was accommodating and friendly.
The bed was too hard and uncomfortable. The noise from the hallway was constant, and the walls were too thin.

We had a fantastic stay at this place. The hotel is located in an interesting area, close to the city park and still out of the centre of Schönebeck. The decor is nice and the hotel has a spacious and relaxed feel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, providing great service throughout our stay.
